A piercing tunnel actually runs through your flesh, and is not to be confused with the channel or hole itself. To insert one, you’ll need to expand the hole with an enlarging crescent.
Flesh tunnels vary in size from a few millimetres (in the case of a Prince Albert or nipple piercing) to several centimetres for ears.
