A daith piercing is one of many ways to beautify your ear. It goes inside your outer ear, in the fold of cartilage above your auditory canal, and is best suited to a ball closure ring.

Healing: If you look after it properly, a daith piercing should heal within four weeks to four months.
Risks: Cartilage piercings tend to be among the most painful, and the daith is no exception. They must be done by an experienced piercer.
