A breeding ground for bacteria

Don’t use saunas while your piercing heals, because the heat and humidity increase the risk of infection. The same goes for sunbathing, whether outdoors or in a solarium, as sunburn can cause pain at the piercing site. Here, too, wait until the piercing has healed completely.
